Many sayings about time, many thoughts about time, many issues about time ~ hey: maybe it’s about time 🙂

It is pretty rare to run across someone who has sincerely transcended time… have you met anyone who has? is such a thing even possible?

Many spiritual folks consider time the 4th dimension… Pondering time recently (for timely [no pun intended] reasons that will be discussed later), some insights into the structure, even conceptualization of time itself, emerged:

• Time is made up
• Time is an agreement (or, more precisely: a set of agreements)
• Time is malleable

The question regards setting timing for events – what standard to use, as there are Souls Enterprise attendees and facilitators throughout the world. The first issue is to set a time accessible to the greatest number of participants.

Then the issue of daylight savings time: the majority of countries don’t change their clocks throughout the year (it’s primarily a North America/Europe phenomenon). A brief internet search tells us there’s an international organization that is responsible for decisions like this. Fascinating.

We have decided to base Souls Enterprise event timings on Coordinated Universal Time. Let us pause here for a moment, and just note the linguistic beauty of that. We humans coordinate time… Also, this is a tell: time is arbitrary.So, for the countries that do adjust their clocks, Souls Enterprise events will have an hour difference twice throughout the year.

Practicing good communication and time management (ha!), we will send out notifications in advance of the time change – and apologize for any inconvenience…
