Introducing: Omniaarchy

For years, I’ve been shouting from the rooftops to anyone who will listen:

“Down with the patriarchy!”

I deeply stand by the sentiment. As I become more and more aware of the systems in place of domination and subjugation, the revulsion increases. From the military-industrial complex to big pharma influence to TARP bailouts to non-existent weapons of mass destruction to inhumane debates about gender identity – the antiquated control paradigm is on its way out (and this is only in America!). Inextricably tied to rampant toxic masculinity (the subject of another blog), the patriarchal model is simply not sustainable on any level: social, political, environmental, or spiritual.
New agers are calling it the shift into aquarian age. Many vedic astrologers are calling it our transfer out of the Kali (darkest, densest) Yuga (measure of a very large period of time). Whatever it’s called, many are experiencing a bumpy ride.

However, to continuously be in an adversarial stance keeps one tied into the loop – there’s still a power struggle… and what is the 180 degree opposite of patriarchy, based on reactivity? What would a matriarchal society look like – especially if poised as the antithesis of patriarchal?
There still could exist entanglement into victim-perpetrator dynamic. There’s still a bonding. And lots of acrimony. Perhaps there would still be anger and resentment, probably some of the positive gifts of the patriarchy (structure, goals, expansion) would be lost.

Deep diving into Men’s work since 2017, and massive sympathy for Women’s work birthed profound exploration of Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine. The practical birthings are Men’s Groups and Women’s Groups at Souls Enterprise.

On a walk recently, the non-reactive goal emerged, with its beautiful new word:

Omniaarchy

Omni: “all, every, the whole, of every kind,” “abundant” – wow, what a beautiful way to view the power structure. To create.
-arcy: of course “from Greek -arkhia “rule,” from arkhos “leader, chief, ruler,” from arkhē “beginning, origin, first place,” verbal noun of arkhein “to be the first,” hence “to begin” and “to rule” – this is where we can head.

+With an extra “a” in the middle (to avoid any internet search confusion), and to include:
Authenticity: “entitled to acceptance as true or correct”

So, please: join me in a deep breath (or three) ~~~

And let’s go beyond what we’ve created previously. Beyond polarity.
Let’s drop gender definitions and orientations, reactivity, and that which doesn’t serve the collective.
Let’s embrace the highest of masculinity and femininity.

Welcome to the Omniaarchy.
